Why we offer no minimum contract
Kieran Mann

Most GP practices have been burned by long contracts.
Locked-in terms. Rigid volumes. Services that looked good on paper but didn’t quite work in reality — and were painful to exit.
We don’t believe that’s how partnerships should work.
At ideoshift, we offer no minimum contract because we believe services should earn their place every month. If what we do is genuinely helpful, reliable, and reduces pressure on your team, you’ll stay. If it stops working for you, you should be free to change — without penalties or drawn-out notice periods.
Primary care is under constant pressure. Priorities shift. Demand fluctuates. Practices need flexibility, not another long-term commitment that becomes a burden.
Some suppliers rely on long contracts to manage risk. We manage risk by delivering consistently good service.
What this means in practice:
It’s a simple principle: trust is earned, not enforced.
If you’re looking for a flexible, transparent partner that proves value month after month, we should talk.
